So how does it all work?
Say Hello!
Once you've filled out the short form above, within just 30 MINUTES you'll receive a call, text or an email (whichever you'd prefer) from one of our friendly Sunrise Studios Experts. During this brief call, we will answer any querstions you may have, and discuss the type of session you're interested in. We will also decide on a package that works best for what you're looking for. And don't worry, if you don't find a package that works for you, we'll customize one just for specifically what you're looking for. We will discuss themes, props and costume ideas, and decide the best time to schedule the session. And one of the best parts? We come to you! We do home sessions at no extra cost in order to save our moms and dads a trip.
Day Before Your Session
The day prior to your scheduled session, your Sunrise photographer will check in with you to confirm the time of the session for the following day. They will also send you a quick snap of the props and decorations we plan on bringing, and with your confirmation, we're all set to go!
Session Day!
One hour prior to your session time, your Sunrise photographer will text or call you to let you know they're confirmed and ready to go for the session. For Newborn Sessions, we recommend that you feed your little one right before the photoshoot and put them in a fresh diaper so that they're nice and comfortable, and sleepy! We also recommend having a pacifier and their favourite blanky on hand just in case they're a bit grumpy at any point in the session.
Photo Delivery
After the session our Sunrise Studios team, using their keen professional eyes and opinions, will review all of the session images and pick the absolute best images to professionally edit. If you would like to see up to 100 images and choose the best for yourself, no problem, we do do that too! Depending on the package you chose and how many edited images you're receiving, it takes between 1-4 weeks to recieve your edited images via Dropbox. We have the fastest turn around time on professional edits in Vancouver for Maternity and Newborn photography, so you won't be waiting long! If you decide that you'd like to receive more images, we will send you a photoproof document compiled with images for you to choose from, and we'll quickly edit your chosen photos and get them back to you as quickly as possible. If you've chosen a package that includes physical prints (Gold and Platinum Packages), we will get them to you within 2 weeks after your professional edits have been delivered via Dropbox. And voilá, that's it! Don't forget to schedule a follow up session to recieve big discounts!
